It's Time to Be Fearless!

Today's global environment is rife with fear. Unconscious and conscious fears about current events, money, life transitions, health, jobs, children, and relationships can take a toll on our health and well-being. That's because fear is contagious; it can spread from one person to another in an insidious manner. There's another way to live, however, and that's to let go of one's fears -- to be fearless.
How can you let go of your fears?
By identifying and releasing the energetic patterns and programs that make you fearful. You see, fear is a learned pattern. It's not in our head. It's in our energy field. Where do fears come from? Society, the media, parents, friends, work, and even the government. Fortunately, we can release fears from our energy field with a variety of techniques. Here are some tips to help you get started.
Don't buy into fears. Fear is a wave-like energy that can easily wash over you and control your thoughts, if you let it. Don't make mass consciousness fears (current events, layoffs, aging, sickness, politics, loss, etc.) your own. Say DETACH. Then, walk away. And DISCONNECT. Turn the TV off. Put the paper down. Close the phone. Tune out. Then tune back in once you've detached and can view the situation as an observer. When you do, you'll see where the fear comes from, it's purpose, and it will be easier to see fear for what it is: dark energy that's designed to steal your power. Say NO to fear, then DETACH.
Mass media and pharmaceutical commercials do a great job of juicing fears. Don't fall for them. When you give into fear, you lose power and the ability to create the life you want. Don't give your power away. Say NO to fear, DETACH and walk away.
Proactively identify and release fears operating in your energy field. When you release your fears, the gifts that reside behind the fears can finally manifest. Don't reason with fears. When you feel a fear building, unmask it for what it is. Don't try to reason with it. It's just energy. The best way to address a fear is to identify it, say NO, then DETACH and DISCONNECT. Don't let fear into your energy field. Once you let fear in, it can easily build upon existing fears (unconsciously there) and magnetize more of the same to you.
Don't give fears a pass. Holding on to fear like a potential layoff, illness, divorce and more lets the energy run wild in your field. DETACH and DISCONNECT from fears once you feel, see, and/or identify them.
DETACH from every thought, feeling, emotion, belief, attitude, expectation, and judgement that sits in FEAR. Whenever and wherever they pop up, say DETACH and DISCONNECT. Immediately. You'll feel better for it. Because 99% of the time, they aren't even yours!
Practice DETACHING and DISCONNECTING from FEAR with family and friends. Teach them these simple release techniques. Ask them to remind you to DETACH when you're getting overwhelmed and step into fear. Support one another in releasing what does not serve either of you. You'll conserve your energy and improve your overall health and wellness.
