Live Fearlessly

Conscious and unconscious fears can drive our lives if we let them. Fears about money, life, health, jobs, children, spouse, and even elections. But there's another way to live, and that's to let go of one's fears -- to live fearlessly.
How can you let go of your fears? By identifying and releasing the energetic patterns within and around you. You see fear is a learned pattern. It's not in our head. It's actually in our energy field. Where do fears come from? Society, the media, our friends, work, and even our parents. Fortunately, we can release fears fairly easily from our energy field with a variety of techniques. Here are some ideas to help you get started.
To live fearlessly:
Don't buy into fear. Don't make others fears your own. DETACH. Walk away. DISCONNECT from the fear. Turn the TV off. Put the paper down. Close your phone. Tune out. Then tune back in once you've detached and can view everything from an observation viewpoint. Once you do, you see the fear for what it is, and the pattern running it. Keep your power. Don't give it away.
When you come upon fear, look it straight in the eye and unmask it for what it is. Don't try to reason with fear. It's illogical. You'll never win. It's just energy. DETACH and DISCONNECT from it.
Don't empower fear by hanging on to it, or by invoking blame. DETACH from it. Only then, can you see more clearly and begin to see the truth behind its origin.
DETACH from every thought, feeling, emotion, belief, attitude, expectation, and judgement that sits in FEAR. You'll feel better for it. You won't miss it. Because 99% of the time, it's not even yours.
