When we're born, we are delivered into this amazing world brimming with incredible light. As time goes by, our nice clean exteriors and interiors darken and dull due to the muck of disappointments, sadness, fears, betrayals, and more.

Unfortunately, when this dark sticky stuff accumulates on our field, it tends to magnetize more of the same to us. The interesting part is the muck was never yours to begin with. These energies never belonged to you. Rather, they come from learned patterns, programs, and belief systems that you picked up along the way.

When you decide to optimize your energy and let them go, your heart blooms wide and new worlds of opportunities you could never have imagined open up for you. Like many people, I turned to energy work after experiencing a number of challenging events in my life, and I needed a new way to see and experience the world. The old way simply wasn't working anymore. I wanted to fulfill my hearts desires but felt I was at the mercy of outside forces. When distortions (limiting patterns, fears, programs, spells, and curses) are removed, you no longer experience the same kinds of burdens, challenges, and setbacks that would have existed had you not removed them. For example, once fears are removed (loss, lack, rejection, etc.), you experience greater freedom, peace, clarity, and wholeness in your everyday world. And because emotional issues carry a heavy density, once they are removed, your cells light up, your frequency rises, and you feel healthier and happier. Moreover, you even feel younger, and look younger to those around you!

Life is so much more fun! When we let go of what's not ours, the fun returns. Every day is an awesome adventure. Life has fewer curve balls. You live in the present, no longer running from the past, or chasing the future.
