Case Study: Want Positive Change in the Workplace? Optimize Your Energy.

Think intuitive wellness coaching (energy optimization work) is just for everyday personal use? Yes, it's very effective at helping everyone move through change as it can address a broad range of life challenges. However, it's also highly effective at accelerating positive change in the workplace.


As a former employee in highly matrixed, global organizations, I understand the value of having positive relationships with my manager, teammates, and cross-functional teams. That's why I enjoy helping employees, at all levels of an organization, identify and release the energy distortions they bring to work each day. With energy release work, they can navigate their careers with less stress while they optimize their work experience and the relationships they have with their team, manager, and business.


Not belonging is an energy distortion

I recently worked with a client who had challenges with the new team they joined. The job started off well, and so did the relationships, but then something changed. As a newbie, this individual began to feel unwelcome. After a few months they pulled back from speaking up and engaging with team members. My client began to wonder if the company was a good fit, and they considered looking for another job.


To help my client resolve this situation, we explored the story they were experiencing, homing in on key words and feelings, blind spots, fears, and negative energy patterns that were showing up in their current job, past employment, and life.


We also explored personality conflicts and communication challenges. During this time, I looked for energy "hits" and "hot spots" that signaled a "distortion" in their field. Distortions occur when a stressful, unfortunate and/or traumatic situation befalls someone and an energetic "imprint" is created in the field. If these imprints (signified by a # sign, symbols and/or pictures) are not cleared, they magnetize similar situations over and over again.


In addition to not belonging, I identified several energy patterns running in my client's field, including competitions and personality conflicts. They had experienced similar situations in prior roles, and the patterns were repeating in their current position, so we removed them from the energy field.


During this process, a childhood memory revealed itself and we were able to trace the majority of these issues to something that occurred way back then. Once this was addressed, we also removed the elements underpinning that experience.


To fill the empty space created within their field, I asked my client to define key outcomes they wanted to achieve in this role. Once integrated, their field was reorganized, balanced, and attuned to higher frequencies to support these requests.


Upon leaving, my client told me they felt more at peace. A week or so later they let me know work was going well, and they were enjoying their job more. Relationship issues dropped away and people were reacting differently to them, which they appreciated. They also shared that because they were less stressed, they were enjoying life more, too.


How can you recognize negative energy patterns? When the story, characters, and plot change, but the end result is always the same. In other words, same ending, different story.

Clients are often surprised that many energy issues arise from childhood experiences. But young children typically do not have strong communication skills. Since they are focused on making sense of the world, they may not understand or even be able to articulate feelings that arise from situations they experience.


Events like being left out of a game (feelings of not belonging, not fitting in) may happen once, but the event could be quite traumatic to a young child. These types of situations often reveal themselves later in life as they repeat and rewound through what appear to be unconnected stories, until the origin is identified and cleared.


Imagine a teammate who once competed with you -- no longer feels compelled to out-do you? With energy work, you can shift the focus from competition to collaboration.

When you clear energy distortions that block your path, you open yourself up to new experiences that support you in the workplace and at home. Unlike medicine that only targets a specific illness, once energy distortions are cleared from your field, both your work and home life benefit.


This happens because your energy field is larger than your body, and it extends (on average) 10-20 feet outside of you. It goes everywhere you go. When you release discordant energies and move up in vibration, your energy field is realigned to a new, higher frequency, and you reap the benefits of this shift in everyday life.

  1. New hire jitters: Employee fears are identified and released so new hires can get up to speed faster.


  2. Employee going through change: Work/life challenges (loss, job changes, etc.) and the fears that underpin them, are identified and cleared to minimize stress and support workplace productivity.


  3. Layoff discussions: Senior and team leaders release their own guilt and fears around layoff discussions, enabling employee conversations to come from a place of compassion and humanity.
