My deep expertise in energy work as a coach / client / creator is the result of spending thousands of hours on my own inner work sampling, testing, creating, and refining methodologies to strategically address life's challenges and opportunities.

Fall and Winter 2026 workshops - Book now before they fill up!
Power-Up Your Personal Power & Magnetism provides instruction in pattern recognition and release work. You will learn how to identify and release two core fear patterns: fear of the unknown, and giving power away, (e.g. playing small, over-giving, being taking advantage of, too selfless, focused on everyone else but you!). Both of these patterns create undesired outcomes that sap your internal power of manifesting capabilities. Once learned, you can apply this technique to other unwanted patterns on your own to create a more balanced, affirmative, and intentional life.
