What are lower versus higher frequencies?

Believe it or not, frequencies matter! Why?

Lower frequencies are aligned with the ego and grounded in pain, heartbreak, conditional love, loyalty, sadness, lack, fears, blame, and power games. Generally, the taking power kind. To achieve what you want, you have to strive and push upstream to make things happen. Often this includes actions based in control and manipulation.

The higher frequencies embrace abundance, unconditional love, joy, fun, ease, grace, flow, honoring, integrity, beauty, prosperity, trust, safety, security, inner knowing, and more. Unlike the lower vibrations, the higher vibrations are aligned with your heart and your essence (divine self).

Because your heart is directly connected to your divine essence and its limitless intelligence, you don't have to push against the current constantly or try to control outcomes. Life just unfolds and flows effortlessly to you, as the energy frequency of what you want and the divine timing of its delivery, align. Then new opportunities and experiences you could never have imagined suddenly come into view (out of the blue) creating the life you want. Moreover, the gifts you receive are way better than the ego could ever have imagined.

For each 30-minute tune-up, I clear, balance, and align your energy field to optimize your energy system. Today, I'm offering a $10 discount on each session through September 30. The 60-minute session has a $25 introductory discount, so invest in yourself if you can. This session is great way to explore a specific issue, opportunity, or both.

When you book two 90-minute sessions, I'm offering a $50 discount off the services. That equates to $25 off each 90-minute session. These longer sessions are ideal when you want to explore 2-3 issues/opportunities in depth.
